Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success Management or/and IT project management
- Experience from an Automation/ RPA/ technology-based company is preferred
- Experience with stakeholder management and building strong relationships across business functions
- Experience in managing customer lifecycle with skills to drive, predict, monitor, and control the customer journey
- Strong customer relations skills. You must be comfortable with and skilled in driving an iterative customer engagement process, addressing critical issues, and have excellent problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills. You are fluent in written and verbal English.
- MBA. – preferable in Business Administration or Computer Science
